Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains how Print for Figma (“we”, “our”, “us”) handles information when you install and use the plugin, browse our website, or interact with our support team. We follow the security practices published at docs.cooderspro.com/security.
Information We Collect
Print for Figma does not collect design content or asset data from your Figma files. We only gather:
- Figma account identifiers needed to authenticate and deliver plugin functionality.
- Usage analytics (feature adoption, export counts) in aggregate form to improve reliability.
- Support metadata you choose to provide when contacting us (email address, crash logs, screenshots).
How We Use Your Information
- To operate and improve the Print for Figma plugin and related services.
- To respond to support requests, bug reports, or feedback you share with our team.
- To notify you about major updates, security patches, or billing changes when applicable.
We never sell personal data and only process information necessary to provide the service you requested.
Data Storage & Security
Cloud infrastructure and storage providers are selected for SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized team members following the principle of least privilege and multi-factor authentication.
Data Retention
We retain account and billing records for as long as your subscription remains active and for the minimum period required by law or financial reporting. Support communications are retained for up to 12 months to help track recurring issues. You can request deletion of support history at any time.
Your Rights & Choices
- Access & Portability: Contact us to obtain a copy of the limited data associated with your account.
- Deletion: You may ask us to delete support or account details that are no longer required to deliver the service.
- Opt-out: If you no longer wish to receive product announcements, you can unsubscribe via email or reach out to our support team.
Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted sub-processors for hosting, analytics, error monitoring, and payment processing. Each vendor is reviewed and bound by data protection agreements to ensure they meet our security requirements. A current list of sub-processors is available upon request.
International Transfers
Depending on your location, data may be processed in the United States or the European Union. We use GDPR-approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses when transferring data across borders.
