Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to use the service. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Print for Figma plugin in accordance with these Terms. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the plugin. All intellectual property rights remain with Plugcamp and its licensors.

3. Accounts & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Figma and Print for Figma credentials.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or suspected security incidents.
• We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms or misuse of the service.

4. Payment & Renewals

Paid plans are billed on the schedule presented at checkout (monthly or annually). Unless canceled, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price. Taxes may be added where required by law.

You can cancel at any time through your account or by contacting support@cooderspro.com. Upon cancellation, access continues through the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the plugin for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of Print for Figma or supporting infrastructure.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.

6. Support & Updates

We aim to keep the plugin compatible with the latest Figma release and will communicate breaking changes in advance when possible. Support is available via email and community channels. Updates may add, modify, or remove features to maintain product stability and security.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Plugcamp disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plugcamp is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

Print for Figma integrates with Figma’s APIs and may rely on third-party infrastructure. Your use of Figma remains subject to Figma’s Terms of Service. We are not responsible for third-party failures or outages.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access with notice if you breach these Terms, violate applicable laws, or cause harm to the service or other users. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Plugcamp is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or operational changes. We will provide reasonable notice (for example via email or in-app messaging) before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
